For over 100 years, Con Edison's steam system has provided heat, hot water, and cooling to Manhattan's landmark buildings. Today, Con Edison provides over 1,800 customers south of 96th street with steam capacity close to 13,000 Mlbs. More importantly, the steam system supports close to 625,000 tons of cooling technology, relieving the Con Edison electric grid of close to 375 MW of electricity during peak summer days.

For this reason Con Edison began a marketing campaign to switch existing customers with electric drive chillers to steam chillers, touting the economic, environmental, and infrastructural benefits. This marketing portfolio encompasses 3 brochures – a general steam brochure, a steam cooling brochure, and an environmental impact brochure, as well as sales and marketing sheets. It’s modular design adds flexibility – exchanging pertinent materials as needed based on customer and audience, as well as the ability to swap out old pieces with updated materials.
